Saturday Links: Poetry, Lizards, & A New Blog for the Roll

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Last Monday, I wrote a new study guide for young people teaching them to read a secular science article. I was thrilled to get my blog responsibilities taken care of so I could get back to my book. Only on Thursday, after posting another article, did I realize I’d never clicked “publish”! So, next Monday is already scheduled, but my blog has been pretty quiet this week!

So, I decided to do something I really enjoy, check out the WordPress blogosphere and pass on some links.

Lee’s Birds passed on a lovely poem about a cardinal, which is perfect for almost Spring, since some of them head south for the Winter, while others stay up in the frigid North.

A Cardinal Sits With Me by Sandra Conner … By The Book

It’s a trifle long, but the conclusion is inspiring.

Next, Kofi Yankey has a great mini-article on the The Tail of the Agama Lizard. Yet another really cool animal!

Then, I kept running into a blog taking on Creation vs. Evolution. When I checked the post, I found it’s a new member of the Creation community:

Creation Views

Whoever is doing this hasn’t put up an About page yet, so I don’t even know if this is a lady or gentleman, but what I’ve seen so far is great. For example: Radiometric Dating and taking on the thinking by BioLogos straight out.

Have a blessed Lord’s Day!

I'd love to hear your thoughts
