[Podcast Episode 76] Want to tackle an idea that baffles pastors, professors, and philosophers? Proverbs 8:22-23 tells us something about not only wisdom, but God’s relationship with time. Then we take a trip out West to visit the most amazing creation lab of the 20th Century and finish up with a set of creatures who give each other a boost through life!

Wisdom “Before” Creation

Proverbs 8: 22-23 The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.

The most interesting article for digging deeper into the question of whether God created time the same way he created matter, or if something else is going on is from Pastor Bob Enyart at Real Science Radio. He isn’t afraid to take a highly controversial stand on things!

I didn’t mention it in the podcast but there was a discussion of what time itself is in the gigantic, technical tome, Grappling with the Chronology of the Genesis Flood, I reviewed for Master Books a while back. If you find this subject fascinating, it’s worth to price of the book to read this section.

You’ll want to visit and sign up for updates from the Mount St Helens Creation Center as well. They have an article posted on their new facility’s opening. Christian News Northwest also has an informative article on the center. It shows you more clearly how much work there is to do on the outside and gives a bit more of their history.

It’s past now, but you can see the conference and tour combo they put together with Landmark Events:
